Delicious Chimichangas made with strawberry cheesecake!

* The following are the ingredients:

1 box (8 ounces) room temperature cream cheese

°1/4 cup sour cream


°1 tablespoon and 1/4 cup divided sugar


°1 teaspoon vanilla extract


°1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon peel


°6 tortillas (8 inches)

°1 tblsp. cinnamon

°frying oil for vegetables


°toothpick box

In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment,

beat together cream cheese, fresh cream, 1 teaspoon sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

3/4 cup strawberry slices are added.

Distribute the mixture evenly among the tortillas, filling the bottom third of each tortilla with each serving.

Next, fold the tortilla’s sides toward the center and roll it up like a burrito, securing it with a toothpick.

Roll the remaining tortillas in the same manner.
