Cucumbers seasoned with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar!

°1 cucumber (500g) °3 tablespoons oil °1 tablespoon vinegar °parsley °salt pepper

* Making preparations

Cucumber preparation: Peel and clean the cucumber, then cut it lengthwise into two pieces. Remove the seeds using a scraping spoon. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and season with salt.

Place it in a colander over the salad bowl to drain for 30 minutes if possible.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a dash of vinegar sauce. Freshly prepared
