Recipe for Cajun Pasta that’s Poppin’

Due to the wet weather in Montpellier, I’m offering a spicy hot pasta instead of a salad today to keep us warm and comfortable!

Pasta with golden chicken, baby peppers, and a cajun cream sauce!

Thyme, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, black pepper, mustard seeds, cayenne pepper, and cumin make up Cajun spice.
Chili may be fairly hot depending on the brands and quantities!
As a result, it’s up to you to adjust to your preferences!
Alternatively, you may add these spices in one by one and consume them as you choose!

Begin by cutting the onions.
Simmer a little oil and onions in a frying pan with a pinch of salt
Meanwhile, chop the celery and sweet pepper into tiny cubes and add them to the frying pan.
Cut the chicken into thin pieces and boil it in the same way.
Stir it occasionally so it doesn’t stick.

After that, season with cajun seasoning.
After that, pour in the cream and milk.
Simmer on a low heat setting.

Cook the pasta in the meantime.

Once everything is done, combine everything and serve right away!
