°Beef short ribs, 3 pound (1,500 g)
°1 can (540 mL) drained and rinsed black beans

°2/3 cup (167.5 mL) ketchup

°3/4 cup (187.5 mL) white vinegar

°1/4 cup (62.5 milliliters) soy sauce (sweet)

1/3 cup ° (82.5 milliliters) molasses

°1 cup (250 mL) chopped onion °1 slow cooker sweet and sour chicken packet (42g) (club house)

** Techniques:

 

1 In a slow cooker, place the beef ribs.
2 Combine the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl; pour over the meat.
There are three covers. Cook on low for 9 hours or high for 4.5 hours.
