°350g minced beef °1 bundle parsley °1 onion °20g breadcrumbs °nutmeg °3 tbsp hot ketchup °1 egg °1 c. salt °pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 5-6 degrees Celsius (175 degrees Fahrenheit). In a blender, combine the parsley and onions for a few seconds before adding the bread pieces cut into little cubes. For a few seconds, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Using salt and pepper to season the meat nutmeg, ketchup, and eggs 5 seconds blending Place the minced meat on a plate and shape it into a bread ball or a sandwich loaf in a cake pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake it for 45 minutes.
