°4 Faux filet slices
°20 g Butter
°1 splash of oil
°5 cl dry white wine
*Steps to get ready
In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the meat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Keep warm by wrapping with aluminum foil.
In a separate skillet, melt half the butter and cook the peeled and diced shallot. Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the white wine to decrease.
While mixing, remove the pan from the heat and add the remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper. Place the sirloin pieces on the plates, pour the sauce over them, and serve right away.
