Steak de Boeuf avec beurre et pommes yummy!

Crab legs, 1 pound (453.59 g)
-4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (56 g)
-3 cloves garlic (about 1 tablespoon garlic)
-a teaspoon or two (4g-8g) seasoning with creole
-12 teaspoon (7.5 ml) juice of a lemon
a single spoonful (3 g) chives or parsley, chopped
-Serving slices of lemon

* Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut crab legs in half when ready to cook so that the crab flesh is exposed. Instead of using a knife, use kitchen scissors or shears. You’ll be grateful to me afterwards. In a small dish, combine the butter, garlic, and Creole spice, then place the crab legs in an oven-safe pan or on a baking sheet. 1 minute in the microwave Remove the lid and squeeze in the lemon juice. Brush crab legs with butter mixture, reserving any excess for serving, and place in preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until crab legs are heated through. Serve immediately with the leftover sauce and/or lemon slices to squeeze the meat. Notes about the recipe One of the best things about this dish is that you don’t have to use scissors to chop the hot crab legs, and the prep work is done ahead of time.
