Cheesy green beans with garlic and cheese!

Green beans with two cheeses on top are roasted till brown and caramelized, then baked.

Cheesy Baked Green Beans are a traditional Christmas side dish that never disappoints. It’s produced using common household components, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Then bake until bubbles appear in the oven.

* The following are the ingredients:

° 1 pound (500 g) trimmed green beans

° 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tblsp Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

1 tablespoon garlic, minced (or 4 minced garlic cloves)

° kosher salt (about 3/4 teaspoon)

° 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly crushed

1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

* Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Using a non-stick cooking oil spray, grease a baking tray.
Arrange the green beans in a single layer on the baking pan. Remove yourself from the situation.
Combine the olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss the green beans in the oil mixture to evenly coat them.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the color is rich and frothy.
Remove it from the oven and top it with mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and continue to grill (or broil) until the cheese has melted and become brown (about 4-5 minutes).
