People in France eat cucumbers that are very soft. This one is much more crunchy than the cucumbers in France.
To start, I’m going to show you a salad that can be found on almost every Moroccan table. It’s made of tomatoes and cucumbers and is called clada.
The following are the ingredients for this dish:
• 2 tomatoes • 1 leek • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley • Salt and pepper • 1 teaspoon of alcohol vinegar • 2 tablespoons of olive oil • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
They need to be washed, so do that.
When you cut up a cucumber and a tomato into small pieces,
You can peel the tomatoes if you want to. I like them better with the peel on.

Peel the shallot and cut it up into small pieces, then add it to the soup.
To make a salad: Put the tomatoes, cucumber, and leeks in a bowl and mix well.
To make it more interesting, you can add alcohol, vinegar and olive oil, as well as salt and pepper.
Add some chopped parsley and mix it in with the rest of the food.
Until you’re ready to serve, keep the food in the fridge.
It is best if the salad isn’t old.
