* The instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and then pour them into the bowl.

With cold butter, a cheese grater is the best way to do this.

A fork or dough divider can help you mix the ingredients.

When you mix everything together, it will be very crumbly. The goal is to break up the butter into small pieces so it doesn’t stick together.

Make a hole in the mixture and pour in the milk. Do this until the mixture is smooth.

Mix the flour with your hands.
Do not mix or knead too much.

Make a circle with the dough by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface.

A cookie cutter or a large dinner glass can be used to cut out the circles.

Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned, on a cookie sheet that hasn’t been greased.
