This is a great old-fashioned rice pudding!

Recipe for a very easy dessert

Prepare time: about 15 minutes
In the kitchen, it takes about 8 minutes to cook the food.
It’s not that hard.

In order to make a meal for one person:

This is the best buttermilk rice I’ve ever had. It isn’t too sweet, and the consistency is just right for it. There is no better way to eat the sauce than by itself. It also tastes great on fruit pies.

1 cup cooked rice (flour rice) ° 2 eggs ° 2 tablespoons cornstarch ° 2 cups of milk ° 1/2 cup sugar ° 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ° 2 tablespoons butter ° 1 cup of milk Optional: Nutmeg and maple syrup can be added.

* Making sure you’re ready:

Cook rice. The cornstarch and eggs should be mixed together to make a thick paste. Milk and sugar should be added and mixed again. Microwave for three minutes at full power, with the door open. Stir, keep cooking for another 3 minutes, stir, add vanilla and butter, mix well, and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Microwave: Take it out of the oven and put in rice and cover it with plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge so it can cool.
