BAKE TACOS ON THE GO
WALKING TACO BAKE INSTRUCTIONS
1 pound of ground beef
1 pound of taco seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
a third cup of water
a half-can of cheddar cheese soup
a quarter cup of whole milk
Fritos with chili and cheese.
In a large pan over medium heat, I fried ground beef for 5 minutes, or until browned.
I added taco seasoning and water and let it simmer on low heat until the water was completely absorbed.
I piled Fritos in the bottom of a baking dish, then cooked meat on top of Fritos.
I heated milk and cheddar cheese soup in a medium sauce over low heat for 2 minutes before pouring the liquid over the meat.
I put mozzarella on top and baked the pan for approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
I took the pan out of the oven, cut the tasty walking taco bake, and served it beside a green salad.
