Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cups butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crush pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounces) container Cool-Whip, thawed or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (4 ounces) jar maraschino cherries, stemmed
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl.
Firmly press into the bottom of a 913 glass or porcelain dish to form a crust, then chill for about 10 minutes to firm up.
Cream the cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, and powdered sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, about 5 minutes.
Don’t add milk; it’ll take a few minutes, but the mixture will come together perfectly!
Over the cooled graham cracker crust, spread the cream cheese mixture.
Place sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Over the bananas, evenly distribute pineapple chunks.
Using a rubber spatula, evenly spread the Cool-Whip over the pineapple-banana layer.
Serve with pecans/walnuts and maraschino cherries as garnish.
Drizzle the chocolate fudge over the top of the dessert, then top with rainbow sprinkles.
Allow at least 4 hours for the layers to set before cutting.
