Quick Cheddar Cheese Bread yum!



1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup white sugar

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 egg, beaten

¾ cup milk

⅓ cup vegetable oil


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch loaf pan lightly.
Step 2: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and oil. Stir just until the flour/cheese mixture is moistened into the egg mixture. Pour the batter into the pan that has been prepared.
Step 3: Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
