* The ingredients:

In this case, 2 pounds of mushrooms
1 tsp of oil
3 tsp of balsamic vinegar for each cup
2 tsp of soy sauce (or tamari)
There were 3 cloves of garlic that were minced.
Tiny minced thyme.
To taste: Salt and pepper

In this case, the directions are:

Mushrooms are dipped in olive oil / balsamic vinegar / soy sauce / garlic and thyme, salt and pepper, and put on a baking tray. Then, roast them in a 400F/200C oven. To make the mushrooms soft, cook them for 21 minutes, stirring them half way through.
