Ingredients

The Earth’s crust
22 Crushed Golden Oreos
5 tablespoons melted butter

Filling

4 packages of 8oz cream cheese
1 2/3 cup of sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Smuckers strawberry ice cream jar

Topping

12 Oreo cookies, crushed and split into two dishes (one for the plain Oreo topping, one for the strawberry topping)
1 1/2 teaspoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons of strawberry gelatine from a small package

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
To prevent sticking, line the outside of your stove with aluminum foil and liberally grease the inside.

Crust: Crush the Oreos, mix in the butter, and press into the bottom of the springform pan.

Fill a large mixing basin with an 8-ounce container of cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and cornstarch.

3 minutes on low heat, whip with an electric mixer until creamy, then add the remaining 3 packs of cream cheese. Increase the electric mixer’s speed to high and add the remaining 1 1/3 cup sugar, followed by the vanilla extract while mixing.

One at a time, add the eggs, beating well after each one.

Add the heavy cream and mix well.

Only mix in the filling at this point until it is well incorporated. Make sure you don’t over-mix the dough.

Place half of the cheese filling on the prepared crust and gently press it down. Half a jar of strawberry filling is spooned in here and there. Marble the cheese and strawberries by sliding a butter knife through them. Place the remaining half of the dough on top of the strawberries and repeat. Bake for 1 hour, or until a gentle shake produces just a small tremor.

Crumb Topping – Crumble Oreo cookies in a small bowl or in a food processor. Gently fold in the softened butter.
