This is a great weeknight supper for me. It reminds me of the inside of an egg roll. Delicious! This is a redistribution.

Low-Carb Crack Slaw!

2 pound Turkey or ground beef
2 sacks Mixture of Cole Slaw
4 chopped green onions
3 tsp garlic, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
sesame oil, 2 tbsp
2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp ginger powder *Add a packet of Splenda if desired

Instructions:
Cook As usual, place ground meat in a pan.
Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped green onion, and chopped garlic in a separate pan and stir cook until soft. I then added the cabbage (cole slaw mix), crushed red pepper, and ground ginger, and cooked until largely done, but with a slight crunch, which I prefer to extremely soft cabbage.
After that, I drained the extra fat from the meat and incorporated it into the rest of the ingredients in the pan. For taste, I added a little more soy sauce, but not much. It turned out fantastically. It was a hit with my husband and son. Perfect combination of low carb, moderate fat, and moderate protein!
