What is the best way to make it?
Ingredients are as follows:

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

3 chicken breasts (boneless)

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon powdered garlic

1 teaspoon powdered sweet paprika

1/2 gallon of chicken broth

a single onion

8 flour tortilla loaves

a quarter cup of cheddar

Steps to follow:
Cut the chicken breasts into tiny cubes in step one.

Step 2: Thinly slice the onion
