3 cups chicken, chopped into small pieces
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted or grilled
15 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups of grapes, cut in halves
1 1/2 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
METHOD: 1 In a pot, combine the chicken and water and heat until the chicken is fully cooked. Place the chicken on a platter and set aside to cool.
2 Meanwhile, roast the walnuts for about 8 minutes in the oven. Remove the dish from the oven and set it aside to cool.
3 Combine lemon juice, apples, celery, grapes, cooked chicken, toasted walnuts, and mayonnaise in a mixing dish, then season with salt and pepper. To incorporate all of the ingredients, stir them together thoroughly.
4 You can serve this Salad right away or chill it for 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Enjoy!
