Salad of Potatoes Made at Home!


6 persons are required for this recipe.

°1 k potatoes “salad special”

4°C boil the eggs

°1 brined tuna can

1 tablespoon skimmed milk

4 teaspoons fresh herbs (chives, dill, etc.)

°1 lovely leek°

2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1.In a saucepan of water, cook potatoes and eggs.

2.In a salad dish, peel the potatoes while they are still hot and cut them into cubes.

3.Cut the eggs into cubes after peeling them. Toss them in with the potatoes.

4.Toss in the finely chopped shallots and the drained tuna. 6 tbsp. salt and pepper
5.Heat a cup of milk and stir it into the mixture. Everything should be moved with care.

6.Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil, and mayonnaise.

7.Serve after gently mixing and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
