Ingredients :
+Cake:
°2 cups flour
°2 cups of sugar
°2 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 medium can crushed pineapple, undrained
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions :
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared 13×9 pan & bake for 40 minutes.
+Accompaniement:
°1 stick of butter.
°1/2 cup white sugar.
°2/3 cup evaporated milk.
°1/2 cup brown sugar.
Combine in a medium saucepan and cook for 5 minutes
DON’T BOIL.
Removing from heat and stir in:
°1 c coconut.
°1 c pecans, chop.
Pour the mixture over the hot cake. Once cooled, store the cake in the refrigerator.
