1kg wings halved into flats and drums
1 cup cake flour
2 Tbs corn flour (maizena)
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
3 eggs beaten
How to make it:
Add all the dry ingredients together and mix.
Dust wings in flour mixture followed by egg wash and flour again.
Deep fry on medium heat for 10 minutes or until golden.
Remove and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with sides of choice.
