Ingredients

°1 lb ground beef

°1 package taco seasoning

°½ chopped onion

°1 C. Shredded Taco Cheese Mix

°4 tbsp. Sour cream

°4 tbsp. salsa

°¼ C. Chopped green onions

°2 ripe avocados

Avocado Tacos: How to Make Them

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat and onion. Cook until the meat is well browned and the onions are soft.
Any extra grease should be drained into the skillet.
Season meat with taco seasoning and toss.
Avocados should be cut in half lengthwise and the pit removed.
Remove the flesh from the insides of avocados with a spoon.
Top taco meat with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa in avocado shells.
Before serving, garnish with green onions.
