3 pounds baby back ribs (2 slabs)

1 medium white onion (sliced)

Sweet BBQ Rub

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp ground mustard

½ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 275°F and place the rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and put aside.

Remove and remove the membrane from the rear of the ribs. Clean the ribs by rinsing them in cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel.
