Ingredients :
°200g pastry chocolate
°100 g of butter + a walnut for the mold
°50g flour
°100g caster sugar
°3 eggs
Methods:
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (thermostat 6). Melt chocolate and butter chopped into bits in a saucepan over high heat.
STEP 2:
Combine sugar, eggs, and flour in a mixing basin. Mix.
STEP 3 Mix the chocolate and butter together. Mix thoroughly.
STEP 4 Butter and flour the mold with a paper towel, then pour the cake batter into it.
STEP 5 Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 20 minutes.
