Steam Microwave one large head of cabbage for 7 minutes.
To steam cabbage or (veggies), follow these steps: Place the cabbage in a large glass dish with 1/4 cup water and a pinch of salt and cover with plastic wrap. Make a small hole at the top and cook for 7 minutes on high in the microwave.
Add 1 can diced tomatoes to the sauteed meat while the cabbage is in the microwave (drained).
