I AM WONDERING IF ANYONE COMBINE SPAGHETTI AND GROUND TOGETHER?
* Ingredients :
° 3 kg of fresh tomatoes
° 2 large onions
° 10 garlic cloves (minced)
° 2 tablespoons of oregano
° 1 kg of ground pork
° 1 teaspoon of salt (to taste)
For 10 minutes, immerse the tomatoes in boiling water. Allow to cool. The skins of the tomatoes should be removed. Put the skinless tomatoes in a large pot and mash them with a potato masher or, if you have one, a food processor (I live in Thailand). Add the tomatoes after chopping the onion and garlic.
Drain the extra fat from the ground pork before adding it to a big pot of sauce.
Bring to a boil with the seasonings.
Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for another 8 hours, stirring occasionally (do not cover, you want the product to evaporate). You may even leave it overnight in a low-heat casserole.
Note: I prefer meatballs to ground pork, but it’s entirely up to you.
It can be served over spaghetti pasta or turned into tasty meatball sandwiches.
Per mason, add mozzarella or cheese.
Have fun with it!
