A fantastic fondant marbled chocolate cake with dark chocolate and white chocolate, as well as crunchy almonds, is the recipe for marbled chocolate brownies.
Ingredients:
°3 eggs (at room temperature)
°60 g flour (T45)
°80 g caster sugar (white)
°120g soft butter
°100g dark chocolate (54%)
°100g white chocolate
°40 g mixed nuts (pecan, almonds and hazelnuts)
°¼ tsp. salt
Methods:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and parchment paper a square brownie pan.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together for 1-2 minutes in a mixing bowl. After that, combine the flour and salt and set aside.
In a bain-marie, melt half of the butter with the dark chocolate, cut into pieces, and set aside in a container.
Place the white chocolate with the other half of the butter in a container and repeat with the other half of the butter.
Divide the first egg-sugar-flour mixture evenly between the two chocolate-filled containers. Combine the crushed nuts with one half of the dark chocolate brownie batter and the other half of the batter in two separate bowls. brownies with white chocolate
Pour the dark chocolate mixture first into the brownie pan, then top with the white chocolate mixture.

Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25-30 minutes.
