°4 medium potatoes
°1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley (optional)
Potatoes and onion, peeled
Using a metal grater, shred the raw potatoes and onion.
Allow for a 30-minute rest period.
The liquid that develops on the potatoes should then be discarded.
Combine the entire eggs, flour, salt and pepper, and finely chopped parsley in a mixing bowl (optional).
Place this mixture on top of the grated potatoes and stir well.
Make tiny pancakes with the mixture.
