°1/2 cup cocoa
°3/4 cup flour
°1/4 tsp. salt
°3/4 cup softened unsalted butter
°1 3/4 cup sugar
°2 teaspoons of vanilla
°4 ounces 72% cocoa chocolate, melted and cooled
°1 cup quality chocolate chunks
°1 c coarsely chopped pecans
Set aside the cocoa, flour, and salt mixture.
Combine the sugar and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix thoroughly.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until foamy.
Combine the flour mixture, melted chocolate, chocolate chunks, and pecans in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F in a buttered 8 x 11 Pyrex baking dish.
