INGREDIENTS:
°Twenty Brussels sprouts
°2 tbsp olive oil
°2 tbsp breadcrumbs
°2 tbsp grated parmesan
°1 handful of cashews and pecans
°A few pomegranate seeds and beetroot sprouts
°Salt and pepper
PREPERATION:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the first peel from the Brussels sprouts and cut out the center. 2 cabbages, cut in half
The Brussels sprouts should be washed.
Combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and walnuts on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
Brussel sprouts are placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and sprouted beet seed sprouts and serve in a plate.
