Ingredients :
For the dough: 1 egg. 150 г. Sugar 30 г. Margarine 1 teaspoon soda 2 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons milk 200 г. Flour walnuts 200g 2 – 3 tablespoons cocoa
For the cream:
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
100g. sugar
300 ml. milk
300 gr. butter
For frosting:
100g chocolate
100g butter
STEP BY STEP RECIPE :
STEP 1/5:
Combine all ingredients except flour, nuts, and cocoa in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring constantly, until the color changes. Toast the nuts in a dry pan, then pound until finely ground in a coffee grinder and combine with the flour. Remove the base mass from the heat, add the flour, nuts, and cocoa, and knead the dough.
STEP 2/5:
Roll out the dough in batches, cut out equal 4–5 mm pancakes, and bake on a floured baking sheet for a few minutes. Using a dry brush, remove the flour from the crusts.
STEP 3/5:
Cream: Whisk together the egg and sugar, then add the flour and milk, whisking constantly. Cook the custard, stirring constantly, in a water bath or over a very low heat until it thickens. Allow to cool. Then, without stopping to whisk, add a teaspoon of custard to the melted butter. You can also use butter instead of cream: Butter-250gm 1 can condensed milk, carefully combined until homogenous
STEP 4/5:
Cream the cake and soak it for a couple of hours before pouring the icing on top.
FROSTING, STEP 5/5 In a water bath, melt the chocolate with the butter and pour over the cake.
