°Caesar dressing (try my homemade recipe)
Heat oven 374 F &;; spraying inside 8″ * 11″ baking sheet with cooking spray.
If the breasts are unevenly thick, pat them (placed in a Ziploc bag and on a flat surface) to an even ¾”-1” thickness with a meat pounder. Sprinkle breasts (both sides) with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper and place in prepared baking dish.
Whisking Caesar dressing / sour cream in a bowl. Pour Caesar/sour cream mix on every breast, then sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Placing prepared chicken in oven / bake at 375F for 30 min a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of one of the center breasts registers 150°F.
Preheat the oven to broil and broil the chicken breasts for another 2-4 minutes, or until browned. It can burn quickly, so keep an eye on it. A meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of one of the center breasts should read 165F when done. Remove the chicken from the oven, loosely cover with foil, and set aside for 5-10 minutes before serving.
