°400g plain flour

STEP 1 Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the yeast, as well as the sugar, until it has melted. Allow the yeast to activate by placing the bowl in a warm location. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes. When foam starts to form on top of the mixture, your yeast has been activated. Add the butter and the egg after that.

STEP 5 Place the cinnamon rolls on a lightly dusted baking sheet and set aside for another 20 minutes to rise.

STEP 6 Make sure the grill plate is removed but the pan is installed. Select BAKE, and set the temperature to 180°C with an 18-minute timer. To begin preheating, press START/STOP.

STEP 7 After the device beeps to signal that it has preheated, open the lid and lightly spray the cinnamon buns with cooking spray. Because the rolls will expand during cooking, make sure there is at least 1 cm between them. To begin cooking, close the lid.

STEP 8 Remove the cinnamon buns from the oven and set them aside to cool. Lastly, dust with icing sugar.
