1 1/3 cups white rice

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 tsp salt

3 cups water boiling

2 cubes beef bouillon

1 tbsp soy sauce extra 1 tsp

2 medium onions chopped

4 stalks celery chopped

2 green peppers chopped

3 cups beef diced and cooked
Instructions
Cook and toss the rice in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Salt, water, bouillon cubes, and soy sauce are added to the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes with the lid well closed.
Combine the onion, celery, green pepper, and beef in a mixing bowl. Cover closely and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is soft.
