Ingredients :
2 liters of water
1 kg Brussels sprouts
50g butter
1 clove of garlic
salt
pepper
Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
Remove the cabbage leaves that have withered. After washing them, place them in a pot of boiling water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the cabbage from the heat and drain it. Submerge them in cold water.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling 2 liters of water. Allow for 7 minutes of cooking time.
Drain and rinse them under cold water when this time has passed.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
Peel the garlic and finely chop it (cut into little pieces), then add it to the butter, season with salt and pepper, and brown (color in a hot fat) the Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
