    • 2 tbsp butter

    • 2 cups milk

    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese

    • 250g lasagna sheets

Preheat oven to 180ºC Degree.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Cook until the onion, garlic, and spices are tender. Cook until the beef mince is brown.

In a second skillet, melt butter, mix in flour, and simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat to form the cheese sauce.

Remove the pan from the heat and slowly pour in the milk. Return to the heat and stir until the sauce is thick and smooth.

Season with salt and pepper, then whisk in the mozzarella cheese over low heat until it melts.

Pour 12 cup of the beef sauce into a lightly oiled baking dish to make the lasagna. Layer lasagna, meat, and cheese sauce in that order, concluding with the cheese sauce layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through, with shredded mozarella cheese on top.
