How to Cook 𝘏𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘓𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘯 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘯

I had this at a restaurant once and have wanted to make it ever since, but I wanted it to taste EXACTLY the same, so Alhamdulillah, I bring you a winner recipe. The flavor isn’t overpowering, it’s just perfection. It’s something different, tasty, and extremely easy to make.

Ingredients:

Marinate 1 chicken with 1 tsp paprika,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp black pepper,
1 heap tsp crushed garlic,
1 tsp lemon pepper,

4 Tblspn oil and 1 tsp chicken spice of your choice.

Method:

1. Place in airfryer for 30 minutes on 180/ or alternatively in the oven on 180 covered for 30-40 minutes.

2. While chicken is cooking make your sauce, 1/2 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp Italian herbs spice, 5 Tblspn honey, 3 Tblspn fresh lemon juice ( add more if you prefer)

NOTE: If you use bottled lemon juice, the flavor will be different.) 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional), 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat over low heat for about 6 minutes, or until the sauce thickens (believe me, make a double batch!).

3. When the chicken is done, pour the sauce over it and EAT.

I served mine with garlic naans, wedges, and pasta salad.
