Two Cheese Beef lasagna Recipe Yummy


  • 1kg lean mince

  • 2 onions chopped

  • 1 Handful mixed vegetables

  • 3 garlic cloves chopped

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 3 medium tomato chopped

  • 12 lasagna sheets( any brand)

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

  • Mozzarella cheese grated

  • 2 tbsp paprika

  • 50g liquid stock

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp seven colours grill seasoning spice

  • 2 tbsp BBQ spice

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 tbsp chutney

  • Cheese sauce Ingredients

    • 70g butter

    • 70g flour

    • 1 litre milk

    • Handful of cheddar cheese

    • Pinch of nutmeg

    • Salt

    • Pinch of white pepper

Method for Sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Cook for 1 minute while whisking flour.

Slowly drizzle in the milk, a little at a time, whisking constantly until smooth.

Put a layer of aubergine on the bottom, then lasagna sheets, minced, and grated parmesan on top.

Three times during the procedure, cover with a white sauce, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Wrap foil around the dish.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow 10 to 15 minutes for cooling before cutting.
