°5 1/2 c warm water
°3 pack () active dry yeast
°2 tbsp. salt
°3 tbsp. Sugar
°11 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
In a large mixing basin, combine all ingredients, stir to blend, and let rise until doubled in volume. Allow the dough to rise in four baking pans until it reaches the tops of the trays. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 35 minutes. Melted butter should be used to grease the face. Bake for 10 minutes more, or until golden brown.
Allow it to cool. If you want your food roasted, this is the way to go.
