1 Pound Ground Pork Sausage
2 Tablespoons Butter
⅓ Cup Flour
3 Cups Milk
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Seasoned Salt
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage until it is no longer pink.
Stir the butter into the pan until it is completely melted.
2 minutes after sprinkling the flour over the meat, mix it in.
Slowly pour the milk into the sausage and flour mixture, stirring continually until it is completely smooth.
Season with salt and pepper. Taste the gravy and, if required, adjust the seasoning.
Serve with your favorite biscuits right away.
