Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1⁄2 cup margarine (softened)
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 1⁄2 cups Cool Whip
2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
PREPARATION:
Margarine, chopped walnuts, and flour should be combined. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. * Combine the cool whip, cream cheese, and confectioners’ sugar. Spread mixture on the cooled hull before storing. Mix milk and instant pudding together. Put this mixture on top of the cream cheddar mixture. Add cool whip on top (whatever much you need), followed by a few chopped walnuts. Such a wonderful late-spring treat!
